I make this in my trusty slow cooker, but you can probably make this in an instant one dish pot. I still haven't made the plunge to get one yet - I love my slow cooker and the smell of food cooking all day on a Sunday afternoon. One of these days!

Directions:
1. Put the Frozen Chicken Tenders, Seasoning Packet, Onion, and Water in the Slow Cooker.
2. Cook on High for 2 hours. (Everyone's slow cookers heat differently, so please use the setting that is appropriate for yours).
3. Add the Beans. Drain 2 cans, but use the juice from one can.
4. Cook on Low heat for another 2-4 hours. Stir occasionally.
5. Use a fork and gently break the chicken tenders apart, shredded or just in chunks.
6. Top servings with Shredded Cheese and Sour Cream, and additional spices if you want it more "spicy". (Optional)
Enjoy!
